Delivery and Shipping Info

All items are held in stock and all orders are usually dispatched the same day we receive your order.

Your Basket

You can view the contents of your shopping basket from any page by clicking the "View Basket" button on the right had side at the top.
You can change quantities and delete items on the View Basket page.

Checkout

In the checkout you can enter a different delivery address to your billing address.
We require an email address for your order confirmation and despatch info to be sent to.
We also require a contact phone number, which we'll only use if we need to contact you about your order.
All payments are made through WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Refunds & Exchanges

PoundPosters.com offers a 100% "no quibbles" guarantee to all its customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods we will either:

exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value,
or give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods

You must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days of receiving your order, and then return it to Pound Posters within 21 days of the notification.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, and in their original packaging (where possible) with your receipt enclosed. For more information see our Terms and Conditions
